RIPEC's 66th Annual Meeting. Recently, RIPEC held its 66th Annual Meeting. The keynote speaker was Alfred J. Verrecchia, Chairman of the Board of Hasbro, Inc. See Keynote Address. The Gary S. Sasse Distinguished Service Award went to Jennifer L. Wood, Chief of Staff-General Counsel, Lieutenant Governor's Office. The Robert M. Goodrich Distinguished Public Service Award went to Ernest M. Zmyslinski, Finance Director of the City of Warwick. At the event RIPEC also released its 2010-2011 Operating Program
